OUR WHY
TOP DOG was founded to bring the DEVELOPMENT back to youth sports through teaching and education through data driven development. We are committed to being in the corner of our athletes for the duration of their lifespan. We want to teach our athletes the importance of commitment and staying focused on bettering themselves through all of the highs and lows life will bring. In order for us to accomplish our mission we must make sure our staff, athletes, and the entire Top Dog family understands there is more value to the sport than winning tournaments every weekend.
