Cancellation Policy
To cancel a reservation with Top Dog Performance Center you may do so without penalty by canceling online, or by calling the facility NO LATER THAN 3Â Hours before your scheduled class. If your session is canceled by this time, your class credit will be returned to your account or transferred to another class of your choosing. If you cancel your session after the 3Â hour window before your class, the class will be forfeited and you will be charged a $15 late cancellation fee.
To cancel a session with Top Dog Performance Center you reserved using a membership, you may do so without penalty by canceling online, or by calling the facility NO LATER THAN 3 Hours before your scheduled class. If your session is canceled by this time, your class credit will be returned to your account. If you cancel your session after the 3 hour window session before your class, you will be charged a $15 late cancel fee.
If you do not show up for your scheduled session AND you do not notify Top Dog Performance Center you will be charged a $25 no show fee.
