Since 2015 Top Dog Athletics has helped turn that pipe dream into an attainable goal by helping the youth in Central California develop into elite level people, leaders, and athletes. Over the past 6 years we have had helped over 100 student-athletes earn a college scholarship. As of January 1, 2023 the Top Dog family will be represented at 44 different universities, in 23 different states, and participating in 7 different sports.
Today Top Dog Athletics is the home of the Top Dog Baseball and Top Dog Softball programs. The Top Dog Athletics programs are standard-setting programs that look to provide all athletes environments and opportunities to learn, grow, and develop on and off the field. We create environments to push our athletes to their limits and put them in a position to have a solid understanding for who they are as a person, and what they can contribute to society, as they enter adulthood. We are here for our athletes from the second they become a part of our program and throughout the rest of their lives.
Top Dog Academy Program
As youth sports drift further and further away from Recreation or Little League type programs with each passing year the opportunities for beginners become few and far between. The Top Dog Academy Program is a series of teams that are NO CUT in design, with the goal being to provide a space for beginners to be beginners. A place where our youth can learn the fundamentals, learn to love the game, and doing so without the pressures or rigors brought on by the "travel ball" or club world. The big goal for our Academy Program is to get these athletes in a place where they can not only compete but be a contributing factor on one of our competitive rosters when they decide to make the jump into the competitive or travel ball/club world.
Top Dog Competitive Program
The Top Dog Competitive Program is a series of teams that compete against elite level competition. On our competitive teams our athletes are challenged (mentally, physically, and personally) to get the most out of themselves every day. Our teams face off against some of the top competition in California, on the West Coast, and across the Country. Our competitive teams compete in some of the biggest events in the Country and are on a path to be in a group of elite talent held within the Central Valley.
Top Dog Recruiting Program
The Top Dog Recruiting Program has become one of the most successful programs in the Central Valley in getting athletes on to the next level. Since 2015, Top Dog Athletes have gone on to play at Junior Colleges, NAIA, Division 3, Division 2, and Division 1 universities across the United States. The knowledge, experience, and professional relationships we have with coaches at the next level helps us in finding a home that fits each of our individual athletes academically and athletically.
