Sessions are structured so athletes can move from one area of the game to another without having to come throughout the week for only one session. All Top Dog Memberships are UNLIMITED in sessions so athletes are free to participate in as many sessions as they would like throughout the month, and work in whatever fits their schedule. 

3. Programmed Workouts and Experienced Coaching Staff

Sessions are designed for age appropriate progressions and all athletes work in sessions under the guidance of a coaching staff that has proven success in helping athletes move on to play at the next level.
